Imprint & legal notice.

INFORMATION PER SWISS AND GERMAN PRACTICE · UPDATED 2026-10-07

Provider

An imprint names the party answerable for what a website publishes. Several legal systems require a site to carry one, which is why this is a page of its own.

This website is operated by Ephem0ra, a company in formation in Switzerland, with the planned seat in the Canton of Zug. The legal entity is currently being incorporated in the Swiss commercial register (Handelsregister), the public register that lists companies in Switzerland and their defining data; the definitive firm name, legal form, UID (the Swiss company identifier) and registered office will be published here upon registration.

No postal address is published. Until the entry in the commercial register there are no business premises behind this name, and no address at which documents could be served. Served means delivered in a way that starts a legal deadline. The reachable point of contact is the e-mail address below; it is answered by the person named here.

Source-available project

The Ephem0ra Cell source-available project is publicly developed at github.com/MichaelS1011/ephemora-cell under the Business Source License 1.1 (BUSL-1.1).

Source-available means you can read the code and copy it. BUSL-1.1 is not an open-source licence, and it is worth knowing what it does allow: you may reproduce the work, build on it and redistribute it, and use it for anything that is not production. Running it in production is outside that grant while the restriction is in force. Every version carries its own Change Date, four years after that version was first distributed publicly, and on that date the version converts to the Apache License 2.0, which does permit production use. For v1.1.0, first distributed on 2026-10-05, the Change Date is 2030-10-05; releases up to and including 1.0.4.3 are already Apache-2.0.

Liability for content and links

The information on this site is provided for general information about the project and does not constitute legal, compliance or professional advice. Framework mappings (DORA, NIS2, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP ASI, OWASP LLM Top 10) are the operator’s own self-assessment of the execution layer and are not certifications. A framework mapping is a written comparison between our layer and a published rulebook; a self-assessment is that comparison made by us alone, without an external body auditing or confirming it. External links are checked when we link them. We do not continuously monitor external sites, and their operators remain responsible for their content. We keep the information on this page as accurate as we can and update it when things change.
